This wonderful mid-century modern duplex was built in 1958 in what is known as the Hour Glass district of Orlando, Florida.  Renewed structure, an updated interior, fresh color palettes, and cool curb appeal using modern landscaping accents revived this Bumby Duplex to become a vibrant gem within this hip community in the fast growing and ever changing  Orlando.
